Our Story

Zikhara Yoga Studio has been a part of this community for over 9 years. In June 2023, Hannah and Crystal of Sweat Rebel Fitness took over the studio with deep gratitude and a vision to continue growing what was already a strong and welcoming yoga community.

What began as an extension of fitness quickly became something deeper — a journey into mindfulness, self-healing, and connection.

Zikhara, meaning “peak of a mountain,” represents both challenge and growth. It reflects the journey we all take — showing up, moving through discomfort, and finding strength along the way.

Through this practice, we are reminded that transformation doesn’t just happen physically — it happens mentally and emotionally as well.
